18th Hole

The Tee Shot

This is not a difficult hole to finish, and it is certainly a very good birdie chance. The first part of the hole is uphill, but once you get to the top of the hill the hole levels itself out. There is the ditch on the left of the hole which is to be avoided, and where the ditch ends a new line of trees begin. There are also tress which run all the way down the right hand side of the hole. The hole is straight, so as long as you avoid the trouble on each side of the hole you should not have too many problems leaving youself with a second shot to the green.
The Approach
The only main worry for the second shot is to avoid the two tricky bunkers that are short of the green. The gap between these two bunkers is not very wide, so a low shot will tend to find one of them. There is plenty of space to miss the green on the right and the left, although there are conifers on the right and a group of plants on the right, but these are a significant distance from the green. There is also a group of plants over the back of the green which needs to be avoided.
The Green
There is one very steep slope on this green. About 5 yards in from the left as you approach the green there is a slope which slopes down to the right side of the green. Other than this slope this green does not tend to do anything drastic. There will not be many straight putts on this green, but there will not be many putts that move a long way in either direction. This green can sometimes be very firm, making it hard to hold the green.
