The pair representing Oadby in 2010 are Tidge Gharial and John Briers, and they played their first round match on Friday 2nd April away at Market Harborough. The match was played in torrential rain and it was a very closely fought match. In the end it was a good day at the office for Tidge and John, who despite giving 10 shots came through 2 UP. They were 1 UP on the 18th tee and after Harborough made a mess of the 18th, it was a very good win for the team. The team will be hoping for better weather in the second round.
