For over 30 years, Oadby Golf Course has sat in its unique position, with 9 holes in the middle of Leicester Racecourse. The Par 72 course is municipal, run by Oadby & Wigston Borough Council, and the course and club welcome players of all ages and abilities. Oadby Golf Club is run by the members, with regular competitions for all sections of the club, including a winter league. The clubhouse has fantastic facilites, with a television, pool table, touch screen games machine, bandit and full size snooker table charged at £1 for 22 minutes play. If you are looking to play snooker you are advised to book the table. The bar is stocked with a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and food is served every day. The clubhouse is available to hire for private functions to members and non-members alike.
